“As a founder, my goal was to create a 'home away from home.' I wanted to build an organization where our core values—Kindness, Inclusiveness, Respect, Perseverance, and Attitude—aren't just words on a wall, but the foundation of every interaction we have with your little ones.

At Kirpa's, we follow the 'How Does Learning Happen?' framework, ensuring that our daily activities are emergent and driven by the children's own curiosities. Watching a child’s confidence grow as they master a new skill or make a new friend is why I started this journey.”

Hello ! I'm Ms. Belle, RECE

I founded Kirpa’s Play & Learn (KPL) when my daughter, Kirpa, was born — yes, she’s the inspiration behind the name! As a mom of two, I understand firsthand a parent’s need for quality childcare and an early learning environment with purpose — a place that not only keeps children safe but also nurtures their growth and curiosity. That’s why KPL was created: to provide families with high-quality childcare and early learning education rooted in positive values. Our goal is to give children and educators the freedom to play, learn, and grow in a safe, nurturing, and creative space where everyone feels welcomed and supported.
Balancing motherhood with my education, and bringing nearly a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education and Community Services, I’ve dedicated my career to nurturing young minds. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and Life Skills Coach with a focus on mindfulness for early years, I am deeply committed to creating an early learning space where children thrive.
I believe that children learn best when they feel a true sense of belonging. When a child feels connected and accepted in the classroom, it opens the door to meaningful engagement with peers and educators. This confidence not only enhances their learning but also supports their overall well-being.
